Whether you've got a sporting injury, niggle or a long-standing pain, book in for a physiotherapy assessment and we can help you formulate a treatment plan to best assist you to achieve your goals.
We specialise in hands-on therapy and exercise prescription, whether that be supervised in the clinic or in the form of a home program.
Our physiotherapy services include treatment and rehabilitation from sporting injuries, management of chronic pain, treatment of those aches and pain that won't go away!
We offer both private 1:1 and 3:1 group Clinical Pilates sessions.
Some clients require a more specific approach to their rehabilitation, or a larger group setting just isn't for them. Our Clinical Pilates might be the perfect fit! Run by either a Physiotherapist or an Exercise Physiologist, so we can tailor the sessions to suit your specific needs. Classes are perfect for those want to improve their strength, flexibility, and general fitness. Whether you want to enjoy these sessions with a friend or would like us to place you in a class with new friends, if you think our Clinical Pilates sessions are for you, take the first step now! These sessions require an assessment prior to commencement, so book your first consult to get started!
Classes run for 45mins and there are a range of times available throughout the week.
